Pesto Bread

A delightful addition to any appetizer line-up.

Ingredients

1 Container (7 ounces) BUITONI® Refrigerated Pesto with Basil

1 Baguette, cut in half lengthwise

1/4 Cup (.75 ounce) BUITONI® Refrigerated Freshly Shredded Parmesan Cheese

Directions

1. PREHEAT broiler.

2. SPREAD pesto over bread; sprinkle evenly with cheese. Place on baking sheet.

3. BROIL for 1 to 2 minutes or until bread is crisp and cheese is melted. Cut into pieces.
