Quattro Formaggi Agnolotti with Lemon and Asparagus
Ingredients

1 Package (9oz) BUITONI® Riserva Refrigerated All Natural Quattro Formaggi Agnolotti

1/2 Cup fresh asparagus tips

2 Tablespoons fresh lime juice

1 Tablespoon butter or extra virgin olive oil

1 Tablespoon BUITONI® Refrigerated Freshly Shredded Parmesan Cheese

* Ground black pepper

Directions

PREPARE pasta according to package directions, cooking asparagus with pasta during entire cook time. Drain; place in large serving bowl. Add lemon juice and butter; toss gently until butter is melted. Sprinkle with cheese and pepper before serving.
